Making Money With Our Fees

Advanced Cash Flow VIP Academy is a membership based organization. You must join in order to gain all the benefits we offer. Our initial fee to become a member and to purchase your first home is $5,000. This may seem like a lot of money, but let’s look at the end result.
The average equity position when you purchase one of our homes in Cleveland, Ohio is $50-70 K. That is a 10 to 12 times return on that $5000 fee.
The other number you should look is cash flow. The average monthly cash flow on these properties is approx. $300 or $3600 a year.
Don’t forget the tax benefits of depreciation and write-off’s associated with investment real estate. (Consult with your tax professional for all the details).
That initial $5000 is one time only fee. $3000 applies to your lifetime membership to ACFVIPA and $2000 (discounted fee) pays for our Exclusive Turn Key Property Purchase System for your first property. You will never make a membership payment again. The only fee you will ever pay is $3000 each time you purchase a property.
Other real estate groups charge thousands of dollars more and offer only education. We offer both. With us, you will learn while your earning.
We stay on the cutting edge of real estate. Your fee allows you to stay informed about the current topics affecting real estate today. You will also have access to all our new investment locations and available properties, AND be part of our truly successful Turn Key System. The formula for your success is up to you. We simply offer a no hassle affordable turn key deal that will put money in your pocket on every property buy.
When you sit down with your next cup of coffee, think about what you want to accomplish in 2009. If you would like to begin building a secure financial future for you and your family, then look at our system and the properties that will help you get to your destination faster and with less risk.
Happy New Year!
