Another Success property

This property is finished in past inspections through the city of Maple Heights. We already had this property rented at $925 per month before was even finished. The cash flow on this property is 16%. As you'll see in the video the house was totally remodeled including the lights, plugs and switches, paint duel, flooring, in front porch.

Look at our recent success


Here's one of our recent successes, I want to start sharing some of our homes and duplexes and what we rent them for. The second unit upstairs is a three-bedroom unit and it was rented for $775 per month. Grand total on this one is $1450 per month rent. That's a net cash flow of $952 per month and a 16% annual return on your net proceeds. That is after property taxes, property management, and insurance.
