I want to go over our system and some of the extra stuff we do for clients; some of them are little and some of them are bigger but all are central to have an a profitable cash flowing property.

We also have to turn on the utilities for clients, and make sure that someone is at the home to have that done. That is included in the construction costs and the client does not have to worry about it because we have a system in place for it.

Our staff also will help you with LLC's, and a real estate lawyer if you need one. Our lawyer also will help you lower your taxes on your home for greater cash flow. A system must deal with all the details to make sure you maximize your profit for each property.

Rooftopinvestment also has a brand-new property management software that will be online within the next few weeks(replacing our old online system). It will give them instant access to all the information on thier property. It will also send out yearly statements and monthly statements so they can analyze their property and the profits. That goes without saying we have our own property management company that deals with our clients exclusively making our system again a more perfect system.

With all the turmoil and war going on in the Middle East especially Syria, there are a lot foreign investors that are buying in the United States. We still have the most solid real estate program in the world. Also with dollar is very weak the foreign-currency can buy a lot more in the United States than abroad.
